Welcome to CSVGen Pro ("we", "us", "our", accessible at https://csvgen.pro). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our website, AI metadata generator, image upscaler, background remover, prompt engine, or related software tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CSVGen Pro is an AI-powered SaaS productivity platform created for stock photographers, illustrators, vector artists, and digital creators. The platform provides:

• Automated AI title, description, and keyword generation for stock media.
• CSV file export formatted for major microstock platforms (Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Vecteezy, Pond5, 123RF).
• EXIF/IPTC image metadata embedding for JPG and PNG files.
• AI background removal and transparent PNG conversion.
• High-resolution 4K image upscaling and enhancement.
• AI prompt engineering and microstock seasonal event planning tools.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features or purchase paid plans, you may be required to sign in with your Google Account via Google Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

CSVGen Pro offers both a Free plan with daily usage limits and Paid Pro plans (e.g., 1 Month and 6 Months) offering unlimited access and premium features.

International Transactions: For international customers, orders and payments are processed securely through supported international payment channels. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes or currency conversion fees that may apply to your payment method.

Bangladesh Transactions: For customers in Bangladesh, payment options include local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and direct Bangladeshi bank transfers via Bangla QR / manual verification.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you encounter any technical issues or are dissatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase pursuant to our Refund Policy. Since our plans do not auto-renew, no cancellation notice is necessary to avoid future charges.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights to the images, videos, artwork, prompts, and metadata you upload, process, or generate through CSVGen Pro. We do not claim any ownership over your creative works or generated CSV outputs.

Our Service: The CSVGen Pro website, branding, design, logo, user interface, software code, and documentation are the intellectual property of CSVGen Pro (Walid Forhad) and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to your CSVGen Pro account credentials to unauthorized third parties.
• Overload or abuse API endpoints beyond reasonable contributor usage limits.

8. User-Provided API Keys

If you choose to use custom AI API keys (such as Google Gemini API keys) within CSVGen Pro, those keys are stored exclusively in your local browser storage (Client-Side LocalStorage). You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and managing usage limits with your third-party API provider.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for high AI metadata accuracy and continuous uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stock agencies will accept all submitted files.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSVGen Pro, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding six (6) months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CSVGen Pro after modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
